Tabletki od Bólu Głowy (Headache Tablets) was formed after the disbandment of the Miastko-based band WC. Tabletki featured the entire previous WC lineup (4/4) plus two new members playing keyboards and trumpet. Not wanting to cut corners on WC, the band decided to reinvent the playing style WC had been known for under a new name. It's worth noting that the last act of WC's existence, in 1985, saw the first tentative attempts to use keyboards. After those attempts, under the new name Tabletki od Bólu Głowy, they decided to musically explore new wave and avant-garde genres. The vinyl release includes two recording sessions recorded between 1987 and 1989.
