After a brutal, face melting demo tape Frankfurt, Germany’s Weiche are back with this heavy hitter. Their 11-song vinyl debut is packed with brutal, gloomy and extremely sludgey Doom Metal with Hardcore leanings. The speed is usually mid-tempo, but they thrash it up here and there. Sounds like a combination of the heavy doomey sounds of Electric Wizard, Cathedral and Paradise Lost with the slower heavier moshy parts on Napalm Deaths Harmony Corruption when they weren’t grinding. A heavy auditory assault of down-tuned guitars with an extremely brutal, throaty singer that’s bursting with negativity. Dark music for dark times! The LP includes a two sided printed insert.
